We’re proud to have an all-female Grounds Maintenance team, with four women working together to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best.

From maintaining green spaces and keeping sites tidy to tackling the day-to-day demands of grounds maintenance, the team brings skill, hard work and a great team spirit to everything they do.

It’s fantastic to see women thriving in a traditionally male-dominated area of work, and we’re proud to celebrate the contribution our team makes every day.

A brilliant example of teamwork, dedication and women leading the way!
