Litter picking significantly improves the UK countryside by reducing pollution, protecting wildlife, preserving ecosystems and promoting recycling, ultimately contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment.

At 4th Corner we are passionate about the countryside and are now offering dedicated litter picking services and biodiversity planting improvements. Verges rich in native wildflowers support wildlife and are more resilient to environmental change. Improved biodiversity of road verges through planting and management also reduces long-term management costs.

Services

We provide regular maintenance packages to remove litter and debris from village roads and grass areas, as well as grass cutting, hedge maintenance, tree planting, wildflower seeding and bulb planting.

We offer on-site consultations and create tailored service proposals. Our approach is flexible and pro-active, and we offer packages ranging from ad-hoc litter collections to seasonal and annual contracts. Our work is predominantly carried out during the Autumn and Winter months, when we clean, clear and prepare the verges and rural green space and plant for new growth and colour in the spring.

We have highly qualified and motivated teams who maintain rural and urban green space throughout the Midlands and South of England. We are SafeContractor approved and are accredited to the government’s TrustMark scheme. We are also members of the Association of Professional Landscapers and British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI). Our teams are also ROLO Health and Safety Certified and we are also accredited to ISO9001-2015 and ISO14001-2015.
