4th Corner Landscaping is a thriving family business based across the Midlands and South of England. We deliver a broad range of services including soft landscaping, grounds maintenance, and new planting. Our operations and support teams gain a wealth of experience and are critical to our success, and we actively promote and encourage personal development through the business.
Team Leaders and Landscape Operatives work as part of a small mobile team delivering grounds maintenance services to our customers including, new planting, mowing, lawn treatments, hedge cutting, pruning and tree planting.
Operatives and Team Leaders are required to be competent in the use of horticultural equipment, have a basic horticultural knowledge and be reliable, motivated and energetic.
Further horticultural knowledge and training is provided through external training providers and the 4th Corner in-house training programme “Working with Us”.
Training for a 4th Corner Operative includes: Safe use of horticultural machinery and equipment, Horticultural Knowledge, First Aid Training, ROLO Health and Safety, Practical Horticultural Skills Training, Plant Identification

JOB ROLE
Team Leaders and Grounds Technicians are responsible for delivering Grounds Maintenance & Horticultural services across various contracts and sites throughout our regions which are based predominantly across Oxfordshire and the Home Counties. We are looking for both Team Leaders and Grounds Technicians for full time permanent work and also seasonal and part time staff.
