4th Corner Staff Celebrate Milestone Anniversaries

This year, two members of the 4th Corner team are celebrating milestone anniversaries.

2024 marks 10 years of service for Graeme, our Operations Manager, who joined 4th Corner in 2014. Our Business Manager, Rosemary, also celebrates 5 years of service this year.

To commemorate the occasion, we asked each of them why they enjoy working together, and what they bring to 4th Corner.

Graeme’s 10 Years of Service

“Graeme knows our business inside out, whether its handling client queries or making sure his teams are in the right place at the right time”.

“What really makes Graeme stand out is his hands-on approach to leadership.

Graeme is not one to sit back and direct from afar, instead he leads by example and is always ready to get on the on the tools to get the job done.

Graeme is well-loved for the energy he brings to the workplace, and goes the extra mile to ensure his team feels supported and motivated”.

Rosemary’s 5 Years of Service

“I remember when Rosemary started working for 4th Corner, and the years have flown by”.

“When Rosemary started she was on Client Services Manager – it’s a lot to take in at first and can be quite overwhelming with the number of sites we have, but she made it her own and managed impressively.”

“I couldn’t be happier for Rosemary becoming our Business Manager last year – she totally deserves it! I have a great relationship with Rosemary at work, and she is a massive support.

Rosemary gets on with everyone at work, and always sets the day off to a good start in the office. She gives everything to 4th Corner, working late and balancing work with being a parent. This has even involved having her daughter sit in the office doing her homework – if that’s not commitment then I don’t know what is!”

Rosemary and Graeme celebrate 15 years at 4th Corner

“I hugely respect Rosemary for everything she achieves and gives to the business. She is hard working, professional, confident, reliable, and a huge asset to the company”.
