We are currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders. You will be part of a friendly and experienced team and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated and energetic. We provide full training on the job, a driving licence is required.
Further horticultural knowledge and training is provided through external training providers and the certified 4th Corner in-house training programme.
Training for a 4th Corner Operative includes;
• Safe use of horticultural machinery and equipment
• Horticultural Knowledge
• First Aid Training
• ROLO Health and Safety
• Practical Horticultural Skills Training
• Plant Identification
