Landscaping, Design & Arboriculture

4th Corner will implement detailed landscape schemes designed by ourselves or our clients. We have a deidicated team to carry out such schemes and trusted suppliers for soft and hard landscaping materials.

Any scheme can be designed in partnership with our clients and our service allows each scheme to evolve during the planning and planting process. We have designed a range of schemes including two this year in Banbury.  One  5 apartment residential development to include two amenity gardens as well as parking and communal areas.  The second is a 6 house development close to the town centre with individual tiered gardens, paking and communal areas. Both schemes have recently received full local authority planning approval.

Contract Cleaning

Critical to the success of a residential development or working office is the cleanliness and appearance of the building both externally and internally. We take great pride in providing a constant, consistant, and cost effective service. We have a reliable team of cleaners who are fully vetted and trained and accountable for each individually allocated task. 

Property Maintenance, Building, Plumbing & Electrics

Good property maintenance requires a team of reliable and dedicated people with a diverse skill set to cover every eventuality. At 4th Corner we have built up a strong professional network of trades across London, the South East & the Midlands. We currently supply ongoing maintenance to residential properties and offices, across the South East.
